Had Ron's rebuild a motor in a chipper of mine. Once we got into the process i felt comfortable they were on the job. I spoke with the Tech in the shop and couldnt believe how clean the facilities were. The technician was as top notch as the facilities. When i got the motor back it looked like a factory built engine. Runs perfectly as well.Very welcoming crew there, and i would reccomend them to anyone. Ill gladly take all my diesel repair needs there without hesitation.

if i could pick zero stars i would. first of all the customer service is horrible. i felt sorry for the lady at the front desk becasue i called several times a day and was told that i would get a phone call back from dave the supervisor. i never recieved any phone calls back i had to keep calling back over the course of 3 months an only spoke to him 4 maybe 5 times. i had enough of that so i took my truck down to them to show them what the problem was. i had a head gasket failure due to poor liner protrusion an this is something that you cannot mess with when doing a head gasket job. they did not stand by there warranty with part and labor. they gave me an estimate of 12k to redo the job that was done 6 months prior and only had 4000 miles on a new gasket. dave the supervisor kept giving every excuse he could to not talk to me. i asked if they would warranty just the parts an i would do the work elsewhere. they still refused even though the parts are genuine cat parts an carry at least a one year warranty. save yourself the time hassle an trouble of dealing with these clowns

I took my 2500 ram with a Cummins diesel to have a DEF shutdown code checked. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. Dave went above and beyond to verify the issue and get me setup to replace the inline heater and pressure hose. I will definitely recommend the shop and be back for any future issues.

The best place around the south east mi and nw Ohio area! I’ve never had a bad experience here at all! They’ve taken care of two of my trucks and never cease to amaze me on the customer service you receive here! Top notch!

We love the service here. I very seldom give a review. But Ron's is worth the time. Honestly is worth it. You will always get the truth from Ron's the staff here is the best from the front office to the mechanics. And for me that matters.
